They wanted to lose the pennystock status with a r/s and uplisting to Nasdaq.

They were still a microcap.

Then they run down the stock price from selling at the top to filing a blank financing. And now they are a mini-microcap.

None of it was necessary. Self inflicted wound after self inflicted wound.

Who will be taking responsibility? No its not the market, it is all on Poet management. Grow up guys if you are worldclass, you cannot be petty and ineffective.
