JV agreement needs an amendment

Poet licensed to SPX the assembly technology for only 100g/200g/400g OEs.    Now Poet says it will have SPX build the 800g and 1600g OE's for FIT.

It will be different this time moving forward because Poet responded to the industry trend that seemingly large customers wanted. Poet changed from SiPho to EML among their solutions from what I read ...more
