Make it simple... Rouyn-Noranda, Val d'Or, Malartic are located on the faille de Cadillac.... and they are mining communities...
Around Val d'Or we have now Goldex, Alexis on productions... and if I remember few years ago they move a highway to get the reopening of McWaters mine...
In Malartic, Osisko is moving a lots of houses to open a new openpit mine, and near Malartic we will soon see the opening of Lapa project
In Rouyn we have Xtrata and few other projects....
So people in Abitibi are mining friendly.
