RE:THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM FOR QNC Call me crazy or a conspiracy nut but to me it looks like
this forever ongoing M&A story is just a ruse so they don't have to dump 20k$ each in the pp. and the last news release seems to support this.. I have never seen a news release like that ever, they just wanted everyone to know they won't be buying and gave another bs story why. 

a 3 year blackout period has to be a world record.
