RE:RE:LicensingThanks Magus , so the CMOS is the key . Only and only after that can we approach any potential client . So while we were waiting for patents nobody at management thought of developing the CMOS chip , if that's the case it's a disgrace. The JCP salary should of went to developpers. Live and learn .

1. maufacturers like Qualcomm generally dont develop chips or do any kind of R and D they really just want to manufacter.  So Qnc has to go to them with a finished product that's  ready to be mass produced and we don't have that yet. We need cmos chip for further testing then like they said in press release has to be tested in different temps, conditions and for better speed etc..

2. the manufactures will have a minimum they believe they can sell for it to be worth it for them to produce , I don't know what that minimum is 10k 100k million etc.  And the demand isn't it there yet. And won't be until the chip is being used somewhere where other can see and say we want that as well.
