What a big player can do

Look at D-Box (DBO.to) and what a big player like Ubisoft in this case can do to a stock price ! We need the same with QNC
Comment by bringon10bagger on Aug 19, 2020 10:13am
supplemented with investment newsletter of a possible purchase by Ubisoft for  .50/share.....similarily QNC will likely replicate a buyout once cmos version is validated......could be a buyer awaiting a workable solution........
Comment by Magus22 on Aug 19, 2020 2:04pm
I agree very likely a buyout is the end goal but no one will offer without a workable prototype
Comment by AbNormAl on Aug 19, 2020 3:43pm
If a buyout is the goal, in either the short or medium term, that's news to me and another who is in reasonably frequent contact with mgmt. Of course, said buyout might not be a stated goal, but who knows the true goings on in the boardroom. Circumstance can change from what once was the lay of the land. Doubt it though as, last I was (recently) told, mgmt maintains the belief that QNC has an ...more

Hi AbNormAl, when was the last time you spoke to management? I have not tried in a couple weeks but was tired of leaving messages without a response. I am guessing 7 messages without a response.

AbNormal, welcome back. I'm sure I speak for many when I say WE MISSED YOU. NOW... if IDQuantique can get Samsung to implement their teck in a phone QNC can get some company on board.  That's all we need here people.... that's it, one company that's says we tried the cmos prototype, we liked it and we are using it in our product. MANAGEMENT, can you answer if this is possible ...more

What I believe, but don't know, Malricy, is that the Board holds the belief in Reulet's invention having merit. What I believe, but do not absolutely know is: either there was not a deal to be had that was palatable for shareholders or that, once the Board saw the deal in front of them - backed off and out which complicated JCP's 'life' expectancy. What I believe, but do not ...more

Magus,  I would agree with you wholeheartedly that QNC's "only option... is a buyout" IF there was no story for management to tell here. I think that there may well be. IF I happen to be right and IF the story can be told by the right person, I can't see how QNC can't attract investors. Drift down Memory Lane here. Go back in mindset to the time we were all excited ...more

I never said there won't be a pp, just the opposite I'm sure there will be one and the previous news release which upped the share price was a prelude to this. Expect a 10m share pp at 10c with a half 15c  warrant attached and a 3 month holding period. and unless they get some new magic ceo and supporting staff we are defiantly being sold to a bigger fish. We don ...more

Excellent post Magus , very realistic and funny as always . So the infamous VSE PP is on its way , cheap paper with attached warrants . Happy Thursday

I have no info It's just my guess.

Didn't see this post - was writing my reply to you. Take care.

Whenever I read your posts of late, Magus, I get your level of frustration. I damn well do get it!  Regardless, let's joust shall we. Of course should there be no changes made at QNC there will be a forced sell to whomever. My points (per previous posts) are that change appears to be in the offing within. The first decent update PR. The Board members didn't flee when most convenient ...more

A lot of good points AbNormAl , we will have to see what they do after they issue shares and warrants . As for Miron he should be blamed for letting JCP bleed our company . He knew QNC did not have a working prototype and that we had to wait for the patents so why pay 250k plus expenses ( 300k+ per year ) . Years ago one of my cousins wanted to develop software for the travel agencies , he rented ...more

Totally agree no CEO was required and he just burn money for nothing to sale and no employees but I guess that in order to be listed as a cie on the venture exchange some sort of corporate structure is needed ??? This is a bit ridiculous and and a easy way to make a salary, just start a venture cie and name urself as CEO and cash in salary for x years.....
Comment by jojomarch on Aug 20, 2020 2:15pm
Luckyluc this is the story of the VSE , empty shell companies with a pipe dream that fleece the lambs . They pay themselves high level salaries , consulting fees and expenses while doing a little summer drilling with the black flies and mooses. Do a little pump and dump , wash and repeat ...and it goes on and on . They get more sophisticated using sexy stories and flavor of the day products but ...more

I agree jojo, JCP has to be considered a big f-ing bust. Anyone who has this kind of risk/reward story to run around with for 3 years and delivers absoluted ziltch dealwise or raise wise @$240k per annum... arghhh! Bloody mess! I believe that while JCP was known to all on the Board prior to coming on, he was PM's pick - hunch - my thoughts only. In JCP's defense though, there was nothing ...more

AbNormAl I appreciate your extended feedback and your business acumen that some other posters also have . Sextant , Magus , you and others could run QNC to a guaranteed success assuming the technology delivers . Back to reality , let's see what happens after the PP . Even better , let's welcome a white knight/ JV at a fair entry price for our futuristic technology ( not so futuristic since ...more

i think gangnon and Reulet are fantastic on the tech side. But that is only one piece of the whole needed to run a successful company. They are not salesman nor should they be. I have no issues with them. Samson and Rousseau were board members for the last few years and allowed jcp to do what he did.  I don't know the details of that relationship but they are not new blood and were part ...more
