CEO gone
CFO gone
Acceas to money denied
BOD no skin in game and run by Bachelirnif Arts credentials
Never any buying by remaining BOD
BOD oversaw let go CFO and CEO who couldn't get it done 
Company has recovery plan but other than patents which were acquired BY a patent lawyer the Company has created little 
Breakthroigh technology but no Insiders bought 
There is a real possibility we will exist only as a shell company. 
Company lost all 6 NDAs even with breakthrough technology

the list goes on but at least now I understand why bids are building and why we are in the green

  Why would you say were in the green were trading at 3.5 cents and we have the market cap of a shell company.  I'm all for a positive attitude but man a little bit of facing reality is sometimes good also.
