RE:Trading 18% under Bought DealTo me this company looks like a joke. They have played with the investors and some kind of foul play is going on, keeping the stock price low. I thought that this company has a huge potential and was of the opinion that the stock price may reach $1.75 -$2 by the end of the year. Idont deny the true potential of this company given that they are in a Microsoft Cloud space and their ledger pay product sounds very good too but its frustrating to see your wealth draining down the gutter.
Other thing people keep mentioning is that the management of this company pays them very well, even the CEO is got a very high compensation but i couldn't verify this information anywhere.
