More deicing at JFK

This current round of bad weather should mean more deicing at jfk. Also bid volumes are 9 to 1 on the ask.

Good news at JFK

The JFK performance will help with other opportunities. This could be the start of the re-bound for RDT. Fit's President Obama's goal to spend on environmental projects.
