From another board. Good read

From another board. Good read
All the decisions made by RA to this point have been based on a Magnetic survey. A Magnetic Survey, interpreted by Bill C, but commissioned by the Namibian Gov years before. Seems a lot at this point, the identification of the basin depth/features and the well locations, hinges on the quality and accuracy of that survey and of coarse Bill C's expertise in deciphering it. So I wanted to know who performed the survey - Was it a top notch company or some second rate outfit that the Namibian Gov could afford at the time. It's been stated that it was some of the best Data Bill C. had ever seen, but I wanted to know and here's what I found for anyone interested: On the Namibian site ("https://www.mme.gov.na/gsn/gsn_geophys_airborne.php"), it identifies the company as Fugro ("https://www.fugro.com/about-fugro/locations/europe-and-africa/south-africa"). NE part of Namibia survey flown in 2011. There were other different types of survey's done in Namibia over many years as well but that one is specific to our interests. Turns out Fugro is indeed an industry leading company in this field and that's just another aspect to lend to the quality here. Quality Data/Quality team. Last Note - Reading up on seismic surveying and the consensus I found was, it's VERY costly and usually is not undertaken without a high degree of confidence of potential resource. This World Class team believes it's there folks. Take all that for what you will, thought I would share in case it helps others feel better, it sure did for me!
