Could someone enlighten me as to what  Company had the lease  to the offshore rights of this find. ? Thank  you.

This basin in an 'on-shore' oil play.. I don't believe there are any offshore rights available.

No off shore only on onshore.

There is a offshore continuation of this basin but Reco is NOT  involved in its developement. My question is if anybody knows the name of the Co. that has those leases?? Thank you.

perhaps can you link to where you heard it continues offshore? That may help answer your question. There are some offshore block maps available through google searches.

Onshore & offshore are different basins.   I took a large position in this company today.

To be clear there's no find. The acreage has lots of potential and has a single well from 50yrs ago showing decent shale thickness but until the rig arrives and punches some holes this is all exploratory an unproven.
