Well Info?

Don't expect any well information to be released soon.  Recaf has classified the #8-2 well as a stratagraphic test which means management is under no obligation to release well data.

Do not recall them doing so for the initial two wells.

Maybe after completion of the 4 well program or a potential blowout (hate when this happens), recaf will release well data, but again there is nothing to encourage them to do so....

It's gonna be a long dry (info wise) winter for shareholders

Agreements like Recon has with Namibian government will specifically allow announcements when required by law.  Recon would not be able to sign an agreement that circumvents securities laws.  If they have material news, they must disclose it.  Period.  They may try to not disclose it, but that would be in contravention of the securities laws.... Most likely they do not have ...more

Yes, just a repost from a different forum but I have seen it as well but have no idea if their laws supercede other laws. I have read some SEC stuff but most of it is beyond my comprehension.

RECO will need money and they will, IMO, have to release the data.

Unless a world class partner already present in the sector finds a plot that they like following data room seduction plan. In my opinion that kind of arrangement would bring water to the mill (sort of speak) and allow RA & or partners to move toward a significant finding.  The whole plan is about structuring & implementing solid bases futhuremore ensuring sustainibility ...more
