For every 38 RET.A you should have 13 RET shares or there abouts just to keep balanced and have a vote, I have around 1 to 4 and it's worked very well for me imo

Very self serving. If he thinks the voting shares a worth a 50% premium I know someone that will vote against it. Voting or non voting shares are worth the same.

Is RET.A a value trap ....based on definiton by Contra Guys
Some criterias for value trap: 1. Minimal cash on hand - Nope 2. Skimpy working capital - Nope 3, High Intangible assets - Nope 4. Debt - Nope Value traps tend to have minimal cash on hand
