I'm Out...

Yes, I'm out at $3.50.  What a ride!  I had 100,000 shares remaining from a total of 250,000 which I sold at various price points over the past year.  This stock was life changing ...more

RE:RE:Retail smashed the bid

It's truly disturbing that management hasn't taken the simple steps to uplist back to Toronto yet.  Their complete disregard for their shareholders is clear, yet inexplicable.

RE:IF ...long term EBITDA is $75 million (50% of 2022-23 FYR)

I stand to be corrected.  EBITDA for 2022-23 was 95 million. 50% of that would be 47 million. 47 x 4.0 multiplier = 200 million  or $4/share + $2 cash = $6.00 discounting property value of ...more

IF ...long term EBITDA is $75 million (50% of 2022-23 FYR)

then use a 3..5-4.0 X EBITDA ...then a fair price of the stock should $5.00-$6.00 range. This is discounting cash in bank of $2.00 a share and property value of $2-3/ a share.

RE:I'm out at 3

Not a bad play Northforce. It's probably a good idea to have some dry powder over the fall/winter months. In the long run, I think it's going to be a good move to be long Reitman's as it ...more

Retail smashed the bid

Shareholder base is slowly changing as retail smashes the $3 bid.  I am happy to see more institutional ownership.  Sooner or later they will pressure management to start buying back stock.

I'm out at 3

I had been trimming in recent weeks just because of the sheer size of my position What with recent results being ok but not great, I decided to exit the rest at 3 this morning and free up firepower ...more

Where is Nozz?

For someone that used to post here on a daily basis he is no longer to be found. A typical example of why investors lose patience in a company when it underperforms for a period of time is that they ...more

Sounds like you are new to apparel so welcome!  Currencies fluctuate - get used to it (you will eventually ignore it once you are confortable).

RE:Solid Q2 above expectations!

Honestly poor performance but better than peers. The dollar killed them (they would have made 19-20 million if the dollar had stayed constant). The good news is that the dollar fell big time in Q3 ...more
