Yup....they need dramatic change and now...otherwise they will just spiral down....the Sear and Eatons example is very telling....they keep doing the same things and expect different results....its hard to change course on a big boat of culture and history....but if they don't they will be just like Eatons and Sears....its a decent spec stock for a trade but not an investment
