Let's give them the week to get their earnings release and we'll see what the results look like. Right now, the retail landscape is not looking great - despite Goose's good earnings, Abercrombie just downgraded their expectations. However, Reitman's doesn't need to kill their earnings or show huge growth.. they just have to produce a bit of cash to justify the current share price.
There's no way this is ever going to $10 though - it just isn't possible based on an actual discounted cash flow analysis.
