That is a good article... and I agree that management should start to be more shareholders pro active...we know that financials are there, but they need to show that they want to return value to investors...

As extremely undervalued RET is , the cie seems not shareholders friendly at all or the cfo is grossly incompetent. No annual meeting or TSX listing foreseen, no buyback ?? Wtf these guys are doing for us?

They have announced an AGM, however they are not willing to take questions from analysts. It is odd that a TSX listing is not in the cards. Maybe they intend to sell the company or yes, take it private. The fact they paid themselves about $20 million in incentive bonuses for the year says a lot.
