Official termination of CCAA proceedings was on 2023-08-01

According to a document on the Ernst & Young restructuring website, the CCAA proceedings only officially concluded on the 1st of August:

Thanks iceman, that's some serious digging... long and will let the turnaround continue under the soon to be new CEO Limbardi.
