We now have " token " ( done for the sake of appearances or as a symbolic gesture.) PP participants which I consider very concerning.

The largest shareholder Bernard Lonis Sold off shares and .075 cent warrants for over $3 Million and participated in this new private placement for a mere $49 thousand dollars    lol

Management INSIDER Alfred Ruiz sold for $$Millions and participated for a mere $15 thousand dollars , basically laughable. 

Hopefully shareholders wise-up and do not allow Management to continue this trend into 2020.
