Kaching! Special Div $0.35 = 24% yield

Started buying this in early October at $1.05 to $1.10.   They just announced a special $0.35 dividend paying on dec.10.  At current price of $0.45 that is a 24.14% yield. There is also proxy battle going on with some insiders refusing $1.50 a share offer.
