Could they not just issue more stock options to get their own share numbers back up to where the numbers were?  Just a question?

So why do this when they have the cash they have? 

Just how cash much do they need?   

In my opinion this is not a good move for the current shareholders.  Maybe for new shareholders, etc., but not the current ones.  Just how do the current shareholders benefit?  What does the price have to be to make a cent on this stock after the roll back?  Calculate it yourself and you will see it is not a pretty picture.... but rather a very sad picture.

The market activity has shown that many people agree with me.  More shares traded yesterday then in a long time and which way did the price go??? That is correct DOWN?  Down because shareholders are not happy? 

Let me ask you something... why is there no confidence in the market?  I bet you can answer that one yourself!!!
