If you look back for at least 3 years all the quarterly brought a drop in price because the results did not match the promises. Even when the signed contract were sky high people realized the numbers were fake and therefore the price dropped.
Of course there were excuses and explanations.
But a drop is a drop.
Even my friends digitel and mingzhu could not overcome the tsunami. All sunk!
