Thank you for your interest in Reliq. The BCSC investigation that you are referring to, occurred 5 years ago and the Company is not involved in the matter. The BCSC press release is clear as to which parties and individuals are under investigation. If the accusations prove to be correct, this was something that was done to the Company and it’s shareholders. In regulatory matters that are ongoing, where the Company is not involved, it is always a best practice to not comment on them, until at least the point where they have concluded.

The share price was up over 5% the day before the BCSC press release on no news so some pull back was likely to happen. The share price is up again today on small volume but there does not seem to be any significant negative reaction by the Market to the news.

Yes, thanks for posting. I agree with the company. Since the BCSC NR has no material fundamental affect on the company, it's best to not to comment. I can't help but wonder if, once the BCSC's work is done, some law firm like Siskinds could start up a class action lawsuit against the individuals named in the BCSC NR...
