The Company does not have a definitive date for releasing the financials but it is expected to be weeks and not months. The Company is making progress and expects the last remaining items to be completed shortly.

The Company sent out a press release on January 25th and another one will be sent out shortly.

I mean, it's just farcical at this point though. We were initially told it was just working on the PP that caused the delay. That was four months ago. If that were remotely true, every issuer who does a PP would miss at least one earnings report.
