I agree with you Mule, but i think the most insidious trades are the ANONYMOUS trades, they should be banned. I had a broker years ago who would participate in private placements and then would lose their positions anonymously so that the issuers would not find out and not let them participate in further PP's. The brokers don't want to let their clients know they are selling  the same
