As for defamation (confirming the right spelling for you), the problem is when EVERYTHING stated is fsctual:
FACT: The stock has been halted by regulators due to the abject absence of audited financials for TWO YEARS.
FACT: Said financials were promised in public statements by the CEO in April, May, October to name but a few...and this has been proven to be multiple false statements.
FACT: Since 2017, multiple public statements/commitments by CEO have failed to materialize: PPE shipments promised since 2020 have yet to be shown in audited statements, MJ permits have never been achieved five years since they were planned, the inline business and multiple launches failed to materialize in any financials (push:pull, omega 3, hand sanitizer, ...).
FACT: The e-commerce business used to be a $4 million business that generated growth and profits...until RLV got its hands on it and destroyed it. It is now a shadow of its former self, and loses hundreds of thousands a years.
