How much incompetence does it take to be incapable of publishing audited financials from 18 months ago, of a small business with such simple renecue streams?

Or, is it that no auditor with any self-respect is willing to sign off on this flaming trashpile of a company?  They have gones through four audit firms, and none will step up to say "Yep, this could be legit."

ZERO.

The end of this sham is finally here.  Curtains for Aurelio and his two buddies that signed off on his deeds the entire way, Andre and Michel...I wonder what AIP will think of the con that was pulled on them, and what their LPs will say....embarrassing is the least of it...

The CEO has shown, single-handedly, that he was not prepared for the adventure he undertook. The reality is that no accountant wants to put his signature on financial statements with multiple manipulations of figures wrapped in several lies to shareholders with the obvious aim of deceiving them. I hope that the CEO and the two accomplices will be replaced or that there will be a class

 I would advise you to stop this. The only lawsuit that is going to happen is against you for defamation and cowardly inciting hatred under a nickname. Find something to do with your life. I imagine you belong to the club of false and cowardly people who don't say things up front.

The CEO and sham Board of Directors don't need anyone to incite negativity - they have done this all pn their own. As for defamation (confirming the right spelling for you), the problem is when EVERYTHING stated is fsctual: FACT: The stock has been halted by regulators due to the abject absence of audited financials for TWO YEARS. FACT: Said financials were promised in public

Excellent, that's right Mr Septikal, we know exactly what was, is and will be. The one who may be very scared is Mr MW, because he has only lied to the shareholders and created expectations that never were, and of course the CEO.

That's right! Perfect analysis Mr. Always Skeptical! They can search as much as they want, they will not find any accountant to sign the financial statements inconsistent and crappy, including a significant distortion between reality and multiple fictitious ads.
