I find that short report really odd.... 1. Who would short a stock on the news that they were just acquired. or at worst case, closed a PP at $9.40? 2. Its strange that the short increased by almost the exact amount (~12M shares) that were issued to NSU at $9.40.....might this be in some way related to that transaction?

I would bet on #2 , some manner of arbitrage ? bieng structured...? Still no reason to panic , this mearly sets a price for the dealing that it is set up to cover. Thats what arbitrage is all about. The big deal is well and alive. Will be interesting.. patience is the name...
