Saber Rattling

Saber Rattling

The latestes " News Release" is simple a mix of " Good News and Saber Rattling".  The Venuzuelan Government  understands there can not be a failure to these negotiations. A failure to reach an agreement in this case would BLACK LIST VENUZUELA  as place to do business.  However, my fear is that negotiators for RML may realize that they have Venuzuela between a rock and a hard place and as such may be taking advantage of the situation which would account for the extented period of time of the negotiations. There are likely more than a few SHREWD NEGOTIATORS involved on both sides. Once again,  I do not believe 6 months of talks on a settlement are going down the drain.  Good-Luck to all investors.
