RE: RE: RE: Saber Rattling I hear you ( brianjoyce2 ) and you could be very well right in the end. However, I suppose I am thinking that Hugo is going to look around at the history associated with his like minded political friends. One of those very close friends is CASTRO. In Cuba today the Hard line snub your nose at Capitolism is starting to let up noticably. Their is some free enterprize be it on a small scale and I do believe they have just announced in Cuba that some Private land holdings will be permited. Even in China the hard nose of Communisim has mellowed since they regained Hong Kong. I think the days of these hard line dictators has been limited now to a few very 3rd world countries. There seems to be movement away from this type of individual in general. I would point to what is being reffered to as the " Arab Spring" where attempts to bring democracy to these middle east country's is in it's infancy. Yes, Hugo could as they say buck the trend but I tend to think not. There is really no way of knowing for sure which way and how far he may go in any political matter. As I said before, all a person can do is try to look at the facts available and glean from them the TREND if there is one. Once again, 6 months of Negotiations have to mean something and I am betting the TREND will continue. Good-Luck to all.
