RE:Article from Aug 21 Thanks aston. The article suggests that the appeal doesn't affect the Crystallex case. Do we know if this is solely that case or extends with others in the queue as far as RML? It also says that $20b in claims are pending (which we know) but that Conoco is seeking $129b from VZ. Was this case any part of the Delaware ruling ? There must be a lot of unknown facts, details and procedures of which we are currently unaware. I'm sure it will become clearer once the auction starts.
