RE: RE: Low liquidityThat is the logical take on things Maddison.  Navy is already a partner in the original 6 month deal so that's why it's there.  The oldtimers here say Foresters and ING Netherlands is new.  If they have even bought the technology to a medium level it will assure a jump in EPS in either Q4 or the May release of Q1.  Either way ROI will be in the black and the 24 cent share price would be considered low by PE standards.
One thing to point out is that everyone and their mom is waiting on the Navy contract like it's do or die.  It's not.  It would be one hell of a score...but people are acting like the game will be over if they don't go all in.  Not true.
