Well that does suck.


Pretty much as we projected when it all started 3 years ago and in particular once they pulled that first judge and put in this obvious biased judge -- you could see the whole picture change as soon as he made his first statement. You could see it was a complete loss from that day forward.

Too bad it had to be dragged out for 3 years and $1.6M but that's courts and lawyers -- they make their money. With the attitude the judge might as well have just said on day one this case is done! A shame but not unpredicted.
