So much for hoping.. for almost three years. And now they will have to pay the 1.6 million for Airwatch's fees..

Well that does suck.

Pretty much as we projected when it all started 3 years ago and in particular once they pulled that first judge and put in this obvious biased judge -- you could see the whole picture change as soon as he made his first statement. You could see it was a complete loss from that day forward. Too bad it had to be dragged out for 3 years and $1.6M but that's courts and lawyers -- they make their

It does suck. But this doesn't mean the end. Call me an optimist ( i've been called worse ) but I still have a sense that ROI will still make us money should we live that long. It frustrates me to no end that this boat is not riding high as it should be, but I have resigned myself to the fact that this is a slow go. I'll still hold. And wait.. Might even pick up a few fire sale shares

Interesting take on it... it looked like a decent gamble .. now ... Too bad ROI just doesn't do successful sales campaigns that move the needle. Like everrr. perhaps in the long run this will be beneficial, we now have some certainty that the guessing games will be over. I guess time will tell.
