Fact is, ROI's BOD's 'business' model is 100% proven to have zero capability of generating any sustainable enterprise growth or any shareholder value add. It's small annual income is just enough to keep it's BOD fed and watered. That's it.
ROI can't even grow it's Mobikey's secure remote business solutions during a pandemic!
So today - bargain wipe it is.
