Well they are sure drumming up a lot of interest in this thing. All of 2 shares traded today at 3.5 cents. Sure hope there was no commission involved in that. Who knows maybe 1% on the sale?

Not sure why management doesn't just take this private and get along with the income and not have to put up with all of us "investors". There is no apparent growth or growth plan so why bother being public? Just continue living off the income and get rid of us headaches who expect more.


Mmm ... are those 2 shares worth more than the total net value gain of the entire ROI enterprise since 2010?
Expect nothing from ROI - et voila! -there'll be no disappointment.
