Would love to know the reason for negative R&D expense and the justification for the huge capitalization of intangible assets. What assets coudl the company be developing that are worth anything at this point? Anyone read the MD&A? It's fun to see how many errors you can spot in it. tony the interim cfo is really tearing the cover of the ball!! Also interesting to see that the CTO who left months and months ago is still listed as CTO on the website and the comoany hasn't announced his departure..

I won't take back the comment re the Sedar website but I see the MD&A is on the company website. I'll have to read it yet.

Having taken a quick look at the MD&A I can somewhat liken it to the Sedar system. Why not keep it simple. There are basically 5 operating entities as I gather: Route1 (Mobikey), Group Mobile (GMI), Portable Computer Systems (PCS), Datasource Mobility (DSM) and Spyrus Solutions (Spyrus). The above is described as the Basis of Operation. After that it all gets rolled together in terms like

I get the feeling that Mobikey is the source of pain and I know it was the first born but even though we are in Arizona are we looking for a "phoenix rising" event? "The phoenix is a mythical golden bird associated with renewal and regeneration. Not a Phoenix in sight. It's somewhat unclear, but what most probably happened was:  all the Phoenixes fled ROI land after the ROI BOD boxed in, starved - preventing any growth and then finally locked up it's Mobikey Unicorn inside a disused closet all those many years ago. I see our daily old faithfull from House 84 bought his normal 1000 shares today. He has been doing that for years -- he must have truckloads -- I sure hope he doesn't have to use it as wallpaper. Maybe build a paper house instead.

There was an advert for toilet tissue a few years back and the punch line was ..... "cheaper than baigain brand." Maybe these soon to be worthless stock certificates could become useful once again but in the bathroom this time!

Well they are sure drumming up a lot of interest in this thing. All of 2 shares traded today at 3.5 cents. Sure hope there was no commission involved in that. Who knows maybe 1% on the sale? Not sure why management doesn't just take this private and get along with the income and not have to put up with all of us "investors". There is no apparent growth or growth plan so why bother
