Hey RPINVESTOR1 - I recently got the Information of the BCSC that  issues relating to the governance of RepliCel is outside the scope of the Securities Act. Generally, the rights of shareholders are governed by corporate, and not securities, laws.
If we are unhappy with how RepliCel’s affairs have been managed (including the recommendation by its independent committee of directors), we may wish to seek legal advice to determine what civil remedies may be available.

Hi Metzger:- I received the same message. The Vancouver Stock Exchange has a reputation for being like the Wild West (ie. lawless). I sent a follow-up to Joel Hill to get some additional information. I'm not optimistic about receiving any clear answers (See below). I think Ingiboy may be contacting the Canadian Securities Administrators. Could be the same answer - It's Not My Department! ...more

I have reached out to the CSA regarding this Take-Over offer and have attached the NR  from March 18th 2024. I will follow up with a phone call to further explain our resisitance to this offer.

Hi Metzger:- Sorry - Not much help! Hi Brian,   Those are all questions of corporate law, which regulates the rights of shareholders and the (fiduciary) duties of officers and directors of a company.    Securities law, which is our mandate, instead principally regulates disclosure by companies.    A civil lawyer should be able answer you on the issues you’ve asked about. ...more

We will now suffer the bitter power of money When will we get a Chance to vote? I never had the Chance to vote at AGM for example. What i have to do to get rights to vote and the necessary Paper?  is here some shareholder out of Europe who has the same Problem?

Metzger:- Check www.computershare.com website. Under 'contact us' you can make inquiries. They send out the voting forms.
