With 750 million shares o.s A $4.00 price would be $3 billion plus #1 billion of debt. $4 billion sounds a little rediculous.

A good friend who is very involved in the paper world, tells me that Donahue are looking at RPP. This would be done by year end, at 4.00$- 5.00$cnd.

Big volume on the upside. As for takeover price, if the boys gave themselves paper a $.13, you know they want at least double to get out. That $.29 guesstimate is a good start. Darb

The big holders paid $.29 on the deb conversion. I can't see them taking less.
