Excellant comments and insites lately. I believe I will get more by holding even if its only the brockerage difference. I sold Trimark at 26.95 when offer was at 27. it eventually went over 28!

I think you are right. My shares are at Investor's Edge, so I assume that when the deal goes through, the shares come out of the account, and the cash goes in--no commission. I can understand
