Market is not unhappy!I am new to this story, but the market seems quite happy to see a deal being announced/ worked on. Stock is not far off its 52 week high. It's not even that far from its 3 year high. All in all, I am unsure sure why the dissidents have their knickers in a knot. I think it's appropraite to see if a) management can pull the new deal off and b) if they do, it's also appropriate to give the new company time to prove themselves. I am not here to have a debate, but to make some bucks.
