PUC is far from being in the dark! As JV partners with Crossland it is legally incumbent upon both parties to fully inform the other about business procedures of all kinds. They're not in the dark, PUC is fully aware of what the news will be tomorrow, they are both just displaying professional business practises. Saying that, I do feel like a kid on Christmas morning though.
