RE:Salt

RE:SaltI agree and everything points to a buyout at 13.00 to 16.00 ONLY. We may get an offer of 6 to 8 but with all hands staying tough it will be 13 to 16.   This said the probabilty is (60 percent) no buyout as suiters will decide to make Atlas work for it assuming all the challanges of a new development. Based on the resource though and the proximity to the ocean and port it can be done. I see two roads 1. a buyout offer (low balled) at 6 to 8 then a tough fight leading to a buyout at 13 to 16 or 2. and most probable a Atlas owned and developed mine shipping 3 to 5 million tons in 5 years. At this stage share price will be $18.00      so in summary in my opinion it is a winner in any case so hold those shares till the fat lady sings and if that takes till 2027-28 thats fine.  And any buyout will happen before spin off. Any suiter will want it all.
