Please post this plan of definitively building a mine. Neither of us knows for sure and no one knows for sure. Neither plan publicly exists. There are just educated guesses as to what the final outcome will be. Mine, along, with others is that this is being groomed to sell for value. However, if nothing comes along by the time it's time to start construction...I'm sure they will build the mine to maximize shareholder value.

No one is saying they won't build a mine. It's just that some are saying they think that Management hopes they don't have to.
