Why would they need to raise? They have around $10m in cash after warrants were exercised prior to the spin off. $354k went to buy additional TP shares and $3.5m is for the FS. Plenty left for some final drilling to define the resource and to cover the monthly cash burn. None of the management want to take this to production and so they will ask for offers once the FS is done assuming no offers

If you think management is hell bent on building a mine...you haven't been paying attention. If they have to build it, I'm sure they will. The majority of the info out there points to looking for a suitor, IMHO.

Please post this plan of definitively building a mine. Neither of us knows for sure and no one knows for sure. Neither plan publicly exists. There are just educated guesses as to what the final outcome will be. Mine, along, with others is that this is being groomed to sell for value. However, if nothing comes along by the time it's time to start construction...I'm sure they will build the

the plan is to sell and if needed go to production and then sell but the F/S will be the key
