ThoughtI'm assuming Rowland still lives in or around Goderich as he is as far as I know still the president of the Goderich Port Management Corporation (the port where Compass loads ships). I would assume he just commutes to Newfoundland when necessary as there wouldn't be much reason to live in that province from a logistics standpoint. His ties with Compass would therefore still be very close.
