RE:RE:Triple pointThe shares of TPR are not priced because they are not listed for trading on the CSE. The company filed its T2073 election on December 9, 2022 to allow the shares to be eligible in tax deferred accounts as a public corporation under the Tax Act, even though not yet actively traded. Some brokers have them in online accounts with nil value. Some don't have them showing in their online accounts yet.
The company is waiting to see if one of the successful bidders on the west coast hydrogen wants to buy them as is. If not, and it's economically feasible, TPR will look to develop the domes themselves and operate the business of renting storage space to participants in the hydrogen industry. If someone wants the asset as is, the stock will never list. If TPR goes down the path of developing themselves, then the listing on the CSE will be finalized with capital raising commencing after that.
