with VULCAN still in control of 28,891,000 - 36.8% of ATLAS i,am hoping for a buyout in the 4.00 dollar of ATLAS . This would look real good in VULCANS account ! Easy 100 mil for a junior player who only has app 110 mill out ! VULCANS PRICE SHOULD BE--------- MUCH MUCH HIGHER !    BCRNW

Research more about what this is. $4 would be giving it away and screwing the shareholders.
Comment by nedstar71 on May 03, 2022 4:53pm
The stock is trading at $1.40. Shareholders and non shareholders aren't willing to buy enough shares to drive the price above that. How exactly would entertaining a bid at 3x the current market value be screwing the shareholders? That sort of premium is unheard of and would be welcomed by most.

Again Rowland Howe is not going to sell out 75 billion in salt for 300 million. Considering 5 billion worth of salt acquisitions happened last year the buyer out is more in 2.5 billion range $32 per share  There are not a lot of outstanding shares here

No pun intended here !  just refering to VULCANS share count & its 28,891,000 -  which would work out  to the tune of 115,564,000 million .  I used 4. for best case scenario for many a reason !  the first one i ask why the low volume & price . If atlas is sold & vulcan has this nice kitty it also will be a takeout !  because there is  NO  junior ...more

Comment by Jethro980 on May 03, 2022 11:21pm
No one knows what will be bid or even if we will get a bidder to takeover. There is not enough public info for any prognostications as of yet. Until such time as the resource is proven and resource is viable we are only guessing. I love the big numbers that have been tossed around but they are at this stage silly.    This said when and if a suitor comes bidding we better have tough ...more
