....seems to me from the posts here recently (get well soon St0ckGirl) there's some confusion regarding potential numbers regarding a buyout of Great Atlantic. Confusion can be the result of inadequate homework or (due diligence). Reading the bullboards at stockhouse doesn't constitute due diligence. What some may post may very well be a legitimate prediction. Legitimate predictions comes from lotsa due diligence...Reading, grinding through many documents to extract solid results. It's those solid results which will either make a believer OR an uninformed type. (not bathers which are usually paid mouthpieces to cast deception & doubt. The causing doubt motive is to pick up shares at the current levels....the knowledge being of, the SP and the Sale Price will be two different animals...the basher usually know this (I am not a basher by the way). I am in the tent of the $50.- plus, plus, plus, share price. Perhaps even much more! Facts will make a believer out of most reasonable people, plain & simple. Fact is I could post everything here but then the disbelievers would still laugh & point. Let them. It will be their loss, as we drive by in our cash paid luxury high-performance pointing and laughing....with the "told you" . Salt & prostitution, two of the oldest models & still in use today. I say good luck on becoming an informed shareholder/investor, $SALT will take us a long ways.....some could even make a pun and say....$SALT could take us to the promised land. I'm on the record as thinking $50 is possible, but I also think it's an outlier and not likely. That's $5 billion on a buyout, and while Stone Canyon paid $3.2 billion for Morton Salt, they paid that for a producing asset and the retail structure around the products sold out of that asset as well.
