It's like listening to a bunch of post-menopauasal women at the hairdresser's, with more yapping and yipping than the dog pound. Like you, I'm convinced patience will be rewarded on this one and put my money where my mouth is. Notice the beatches have been complaining for years, yet every one of the miserable twats is still here, waiting for a magical exit point. BTW Wizard, good post. Absolutely nothing I can add to really good due diligence.
